| The bonus disc is not included with any marillion.com album. You must fill in the form printed in the lyric booklet and return it to us to receive your free copy. |

| How do I get my copy of the Bonus Disc? |
| Every marillion.com album contains a form printed in the lyric booklet. This form must be filled in and returned to the address listed on the form. Your bonus disc will then be shipped to you once the form is received. Please make sure your form is legible as it will speed up processing time - if we cannot read your writing, you won't get a CD!. |

| I don't want to damage my lyric booklet and remove the form. What should I do? |
| We will accept photocopies of the form in the lyric booklet by post or fax only. We WILL NOT accept any scanned images by email. Receipts of purchase are not necessary. |

| The form says this CD is free. Why is there a price on the website? |
| The bonus disc is free ONLY with reply cards from the album. Bonus discs are limited to one copy per name/address. The prices listed above are listed for those who wish to purchase additional copies, or receive the CD without purchasing marillion.com, and covers the manufacturing costs. Additional shipping charges may be applied upon checkout. |

| If you have purchased a copy of the bonus disc, your copy will ship immediately. |
| If you have applied for a free copy, we try to ship bonus discs every month. Posting times depend on your address, and may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Please allow at least 28 days from the date you post your form for the bonus disc to arrive. |
